Jasmin Kavakeb graduated from Queen Mary University of London in 2003 with a BSc in Pharmaceutical Chemistry. Shortly after, she decided to pursue her true passion of Dental Hygiene and graduated from King’s College University in London with a Diploma in Dental Hygiene and Therapy during the year 2009.
Straight after graduation she ran her own pediatric clinic at King’s College Hospital at Denmark Hill, looking after children as well as adults under the NHS and the private sector in Belgravia and Harley Street clinics. She also worked directly with the head of periodontal health at Kings and has a keen interest in prevention over cure.
Jasmin went straight into teaching at King’s College University Hospital after graduation, where she gained her King’s Fellowship and completed her GCAP teachers training, having taught fellow Dental hygiene therapists for over 5 years before moving to Dubai. In 2016, Jasmin was asked to become an AEEDC dental conference speaker, discussing the control of teeth sensitivity and whitening.
Having moved to Dubai in 2014, Jasmin settled quickly and takes pride in her holistic and gentle approach. Her caring nature ensures her patients’ well-being, as well as creating a lovely environment for them to feel safe and happy.
Jasmin speaks English and Farsi fluently and has an excellent understanding of French.
