5th January 2017, Dubai, UAE: Dr. Michael’s Dental Clinic visited the FS2 students of Kiddy Planet Early Learning Centre in Umm Suqeim and Al Quoz. Dr. Sosan Fatima, our School Project Coordinator, was able to see 60 students in both schools.
Dr. Sosan gave a presentation about oral hygiene and proper diet, followed by a Q&A session where she had a chance to interact with the kids and know more about their brushing and flossing habits. The kids all had basic dental screening and a workshop on proper toothbrushing.
Another batch of 4-year old students also had a chance to visit Dr. Michael's Children Dental Center on a field trip. Dr. Sosan showed them around the clinic and had them explore the dental chair and the dental instruments used by dentists. A dental screenings were also carried out for the students.
